TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1.             All quotations are valid for 15 working days and subject to final choice of design as well as availability of stock and price increases.

2.            All prices are for exact items as discussed and agreed upon during our appointment (or agreement if working via email) and all changes thereafter could be subject to price alterations.

3.            Slight colour differences may occur in different paper batches and Wincs Creations cannot guarantee the same colour in all the paper as these papers come like that from the supplier.  However, we will always endeavour to ensure the colours and quality is as close as possible to the original sample.

4.            Due to the fact that all our stationery is handmade, not mass produced, Wincs Creations cannot guarantee that 2 items are exactly the same or the same workmanship as commercialised printing.

5.           Acceptance of quotation must be done by signing off the quote as well as acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and faxing/emailing it back to Wincs Creations.  As per the New Consumer Act which will come into effect shortly, no work can be undertaken without signed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

6.            A 50% (non-refundable and non-transferable) deposit is required before commencing with any layouts. 

7.            Balance of payment to be made prior to collection of each part order completed.  It is strict company policy that no orders will leave our office until payment is received in full.

8.             Rush orders (orders required within less than 14 (fourteen) working days will be subject to a 10% rush fee and will largely depend on stock availability and current production deadlines and not without prior arrangement between yourself and Wincs Creations.

9.            Delivery period:  Currently 4 - 6 weeks from final approval of all layouts and the deposit being received, unless otherwise agreed upon between yourself and Wincs Creations.

10.         Preferred Method of Payment:  EFT prior to collecting or cash on collection.  NB:  We do not have a Debit/Credit Card machine.

11.         For cash deposits directly into our banking account please add 5% handling fee  (this is the charge from the bank to our account for cash deposits).

12.        All cheque payments are subject to a period of 10 working days bank clearance.  No layouts or otherwise will start until monies have been cleared by the bank.

13.        All designs, layouts, etc are to be signed off by the Client before commencing with the manufacturing of the invites and Wincs Creations will not accept any responsibility for errors, omissions or otherwise of artwork not signed off.

14.         All items remain the property of Wincs Creations until full and final payment has been received.

 

 CANCELLATION POLICY

 

1.            Should an order be cancelled once work has commenced (either partially or in full), the balance of the order shall become payable in full.

2.             Should a deposit be paid and there is a problem where the wedding is postponed Wincs Creations will hold the deposit for a total of 6 (six) weeks (subject to suitable arrangements being made with ourselves) during which time new dates and information must be given through to Wincs Creations and new layouts are to be finalised and accepted by yourself.  Thereafter, the deposit will be forfeited in full. 

3.            Once a signed quotation has been received the quantities may be increased but not decreased as the quotation will be binding on these quantities and it would have been accepted that you require a minimum of quoted quantities.

4.            Items delivered, as per signed order and approved layouts, may not be returned/refunded under any circumstances.  If, however, there are any errors on the part of Wincs Creations we will rectify or replace same at no cost to you, the Client.

5.              Any errors or discrepancies are to be reported to Wincs Creations within 24 hours of receiving the invitations or related stationery.
